Dear USBSF Fan,
Your support has helped hoist our athletes onto the podium as they inked their names into history books over the last four years, and we’d like to invite you to Share the Ride as our athletes embark on their journey to the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Whistler, British Columbia.
For the first time ever the U.S. Bobsled & Skeleton Federation is honoring our athletes’ supporters with their names on our national team sleds. With a minimum tax-deductible donation of $100 ($1,000 for businesses), you can have your name placed on a national team sled that will compete around the world during the 2009/2010 season (not including the 2010 Winter Olympic Games).
“The Share the Ride program is the most innovative program we’ve ever created,” said Darrin Steele, USBSF CEO. “Thanks to a great concept by one of our board members, we have created the opportunity for our supporters, both individual and commercial, to contribute to the organization and individual athletes. We will honor these donors by placing their names on the sleds as a way to say, ‘Thank you.’”
Contributors to the Share the Ride program may choose to designate a portion of their donation to the USBSF Training Fund to directly support an athlete.
Visit us at www.sharetherideUSA.com to learn more about how you can Share the Ride. Don’t miss out on your chance to be a part of one of the most winning winter teams in the world!
